Who we are
At The Training Camp HQ, we’re not just training athletes—we’re building confident hitters, focused competitors, and future game-changers.
TTCHQ is a modern baseball training experience powered by elite coaching and smart technology. From swing analytics and hitting labs to on-field sessions and pop-up events, we bring high-level development straight to the athletes who need it most—no long drives, no outdated cages, no wasted reps.
Whether you’re just starting or already chasing your next level, we’re here to help you build a swing that shows up when it counts.
Meet Josh Whitlock –
Head Coach, Pitcher, Dad
Josh brings years of experience at the highest levels of the game—first as a Division I pitcher at West Virginia University, then as a drafted pro in the Chicago Cubs organization. But what sets him apart isn’t just his resume—it’s his ability to connect with athletes and break the game down in a way that makes it click with a few tweaks.
Since stepping off the mound, Josh has worked closely with youth players to help sharpen their mechanics, build confidence at the plate, and develop a swing that performs under pressure. Whether it’s your first time picking up a bat or you’re chasing the next level, Josh knows how to meet you where you are—and push you to where you want to go.
Meet Brittany Whitlock –
Co-Founder, Strategist, Boy MoM
Brittany is a former Division I sprinter from West Virginia University who understands the kind of focus and grit it takes to compete—on and off the field. She’s a proud boy mom, a strategic thinker, and the steady driver behind The Training Camp HQ’s brand and vision.
With a background in digital marketing, Brittany has worked for major brands like Martha Stewart and Warner Brothers, bringing their stories to life through content, strategy, and creative execution. She now runs her own consultancy, helping lifestyle and wellness brands grow with clarity and intention.
You might even spot Brittany at one of our camps leading speed and agility sessions—bringing her track background full circle and reminding athletes that explosive movement starts long before you step into the box.
