WE GOT THE KEYS🔑

We got the keys to The Training Camp HQ, and instead of doing anything big or over the top, we laid a blanket down in the middle of the empty facility and had a picnic. Pizza, champagne, and grape juice “champagne” for the kids. Just us, sitting in the middle of what had been an idea for so long, finally real.

It was a big moment for us. Not just because we got the space, but because of everything it took to get there.

For the past year, we’ve been searching for the right place, and it honestly started to feel like Goldilocks and the three bears. This one was too big. That one was too small. One didn’t have air conditioning. Another… somehow had a hole in the ground where a toilet should be, but no actual toilet. We saw it all.

But then we walked into this one, and it just clicked. No overthinking. No convincing ourselves. We knew.

That quiet little picnic in the middle of the floor was our way of taking it in before everything changes. Before the buildout, before the noise, before it fills up with players and families and energy.

And now it’s moving fast.

Painting is already underway. Hardware is being installed for the netting. The space is starting to come to life, piece by piece.

It won’t look empty for long.

We’re opening in early June, and it’s coming together quicker than we imagined.

From an idea… to a space… to something people will walk into every day.
